AUGUST 21 - SUMMER SOCIAL

& Mini Auction

 

Many of our BSBC members have  already

committed to making  yummies for a great  covered dish dinner at our August 21, 2006 meeting.  In the event you have not volunteered a food item, there is still time to contribute.  We have a  well balanced  menu so far but more vegetable dishes or desserts are welcome.   The club is providing a turkey and drinks for all.

 

PLEASE provide serving utensils for your dish, a 3x5 card with the name of your food item and  a copy of your recipe if you wish to share.  You might want to put your name on the bottom of your dish for  easy identification of your container after the dinner.

 

We expect to start the dinner after a brief statement by our President so please try to arrive with your covered dish by 7:00 p.m. sharp.

 

The mini auction will be conducted by Larry Searle and Colleen Hendrix. On a 3x5 card please put the value and description of your

donation . As you know, all proceeds will go toward the 2007 Extravaganza that our club will be hosting.
