a Baby Spinach Salad with Bermuda Onions topped with Toasted Almonds and Florida Strawberry Hearts, served in a Creamy Poppy Seed Vinaigrette. Next……..

Please choose from the following

!) Macadamia Nut Encrusted Chicken Breast pan seared and drizzled with Frangelica Cream Sauce.

Or

2) Fresh Grilled Mahi– Mahi seared to perfection topped with a Wild Plum Sauce               OR

 

3) Roasted Prime Rib au Jus ( we must have a minimum of 10 people order this - if not, what would be your 2nd choice?)

 

*You will also receive a voucher for one free drink from the bar, which includes call drinks, select wines, and

imported beer. All entrée’s include bread, water, ice tea

or coffee, or herbal tea.

Desert

Will be Chef’s Chocolate Cake served with a fresh Raspberry Coulis and a serving of Whipped Cream.

 

The cost of the luncheon is $25.00 so please make your check Payable to BSBC and give to Larry Searle.

We also will have the plant gift exchange, some fantastic raffle items and you will receive your plant given by BSBC as your gift ( this year it will be quite substantial)
