The President’s Message

Hi Everyone,

I’m sure with this fantastic

weather, you are out in your

yards admiring the beautiful

Bromeliads. Have any of you

taken Peter’s advice and mixed

your bromeliads with orchids? Putting bromeliads up high in trees, stepping out of the box of course!

Well, the next event is our annual Christmas Party. I hope I see more of you there this year. We will have a wonderful lunch, the food is really good at the Preserve, a round of select drinks compliments of BSBC, raffle plants with a couple of surprises, the brown bag plant exchange and you will be given your gift from BSBC. This year we will be getting some beautiful plants that I’m sure you will love.

Everyone that comes, please bring a plant ( something that you would want yourself) and put it in a brown bag or gift bag. I will have the rules printed out on the tables along with your drink voucher.

*As a reminder, we will not be having a meeting in

December the party is in place of it.

 

So, if we don’t see you over the holidays, have a safe Merry Christmas or Happy Chanukah and a Happy New Year and be well.

It has been an incredible year filled with many challenges and successes; many welcomed new members that help keep a renewed sense of excitement each time we see or talk about our beautiful broms!
